The organizer of these events is the Central Jersey Real Estate Institute. CJREI is licensed by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance. Part of the mission for CJREI is to educate consumers and propagate the benefits of Home Ownership. CJREI is a 501 C 3 Non-Profit company. During the past 15 years, we have educated thousands of Home Buyers and Real Estate Professionals.

Tom Greco
A longtime resident of Central Jersey, Tom was introduced to Real Estate as an investor and became licensed in 2004 to help others achieve their goals of Real Estate ownership. He is a successful Real Estate Investor and Entrepreneur with over 30 years of business ownership (a former owner of the Hillsboro Pharmacy). He has degrees in Pharmacy from Rutgers University and an MBA in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. He has earned the Circle of Excellence award in Real Estate multiple times and is certified as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®), a Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Specialist (SFR) , and a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). Vibha is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Montgomery Mortgage. She has over 20 years or relevant experience and is one of the top Originators in the Country. She has intimate knowledge of every aspect of Mortgage lending including Pre-Qualification, Origination, Processing, Underwriting, Closing and Post Closing. She is licensed as a Mortgage Banker and is registered with HUD (FHA) as a Delegated Underwriter. She is widely respected within the industry and adored by her clients.

Jennifer L. Fleischer
Jennifer L. Fleischer joined her family’s law firm, Fleischer & Fleischer in 2007 after graduating from New York Law School. Fleischer & Fleischer was started in 1948 by her grandfather Paul Fleischer, who was also a local judge. Jennifer specializes in Residential & Commercial Real Estate, Wills & Estates, Family Law, Municipal and Business Law. Jennifer has an undergraduate degree in Biology & Public Health from Rutgers University. Fleischer & Fleischer is located in Somerville, NJ.
Ernest A. Renda
Ernest specializes in the area of real estate, including commercial and residential closings, construction law, landlord-tenant, foreclosures and land use, as well as estate planning, business formation and transnational matters. He is a graduate of Brown University and received his Law Degree from Georgetown University. Ernest’s office is conveniently located in Somerset County.

Alison Hart Brafman
Alison Hart Brafman, Esq. graduated from Gettysburg College majoring in English and minoring in Political Science in 1981. She achieved her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 1989. After law school, Alison worked for the Honorable Judge Watson at the Orphan’s Court in Pittsburgh, PA as a Law Clerk and assisted in Judge Watson’s public opinion which was published in the Pittsburgh Law Journal. Alison became a Title Officer and Settlement Agent for Regal Title Insurance Company, Inc. in Orange, NJ. She is now the Title Officer at Montgomery Hills Title Services, LLC.
Alison has proven knowledgeable and resourceful in her approach to title insurance, the real estate market, and project management.
